We would like to thank our customers for their continued patience and understanding throughout the service’s second suspension and continual changes to the timetable. The following measures are in place to ensure the safety of our passengers:
- Protective screens fitted to the drivers cab to act as a protective barrier between the driver and passengers.
- Onboard hand sanitiser.
- Coaches will be cleaned at either end of the route before the return journey, with a particular focus on touch point cleaning.
- All air-con systems have been reprogrammed so that no air is recirculated and 100% fresh air is drawn from outside with a constant supply of ventilation set. Drivers do not have control of the air-con during this time as a result.
- Training for our drivers to inform them of the new safety procedures in place
All seats are available with the exception of the seat closest to the driver.
As of Thursday 28th January 2022, face coverings are no longer mandatory on public transport in England however if possible, please continue to wear a face covering, particularly if services are busy.
