Oxford Tube fares from 20th March 2022

*Excludes Hillingdon & London Single and Return tickets which are available from the driver only.

Group tickets

Group return tickets are desgined to help our customers to make savings when travelling together. Group tickets are available for 5 people travelling together as follows:
  • Up to 3 adults and 2 children
  • Up to 2 adults and 3 children

Concessionary bus pass holders

Concessionary bus pass holders are entitled to the the student, young person and over 60 fares. Free travel is permitted on the Oxford Tube up until Lewknor for those with a concessionay bus pass. If travelling from Oxford to London (or vice versa) then the single or return fare will apply.


Brookes Return

Anyone who holds a valid oxford Brookes photo identification card can benefit from the Brookes Return on Oxford Tube for just £13! Simply show your card to the driver when you board the coach and pay in cash.

* Students of any age must show valid (in date) NUS ISIC or official university ID. Young people may be required to show photo ID. Children aged 5-13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. If a child looks older than 15 a driver reserves the right to ask for proof of age.

Concessionary tickets are not available between Hillingdon & London.

Oxford Tube Connector  Oxford to London


Hop on any Stagecoach local bus in Oxfordshire and as you board ask the driver for a Tube Connector and transfer to the Oxford Tube to London. You only pay the Oxford Tube fare - saving you money on your local bus journey!

Not available on routes 50, 853, S6 or X5.

How to buy tickets


Download the Oxford Tube App and buy and use your ticket on the go


You can buy singles, returns, Tube 12 and 1 and 4 week tickets from the Oxford Tube App.

From the driver (cash or contactless)

You can buy singles and returns from the driver on the day of travel.

Pay for your ticket using a contactless-enabled credit or debit card or by mobile with Apple/Android Pay installed and ready to use (up to £45)

Alternatively you can pay with cash. Please try to ensure you have the correct change. Our drivers do carry cash, however at times they may have to issue a change voucher.
