I’m not happy, how do I make a complaint?

To log your complaint please contact us on 0345 241 8000 or fill in our online complaints form here

You can reach us between 8:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday and between 09:00 and 17:00 Saturday and Sunday

Calls are charged at geographic rates (the same as 01/02 numbers) and are included in call packages from both landlines and mobiles
