These Terms & Conditions apply to the Secret London x Oxford Tube Influencers Day Out Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”).
These Terms and Conditions are not an entry mechanism. To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete the official prize draw entry form at www.oxfordtube.com/secretlondon and complete the applicable social media entry requirements set out below.
The promoter of this Prize Draw is Oxford Tube, a subsidiary of Stagecoach (West) Ltd (the “Promoter”).

The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 or over.
Entrants must be able to provide a valid UK address where required in connection with the prize.
Employees, agents and immediate family members of employees or agents of Oxford Tube and Stagecoach Group, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Prize Draw, are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary and there is no entry fee.
The Prize Draw opens at 9:00am on Saturday 12 September 2026 and closes at 9:00am on Friday 25 September 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
Entries received before or after the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. complete the official prize draw entry form at www.oxfordtube.com/secretlondon
b. like the relevant @Secret London and @Oxford Tube Prize Draw Instagram post;
All of the required steps must be completed for an entry to be valid.
A maximum of one entry per person to the Prize Draw, will be accepted.
Multiple entries submitted by or on behalf of the same person may be disqualified.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed, misdirected or not received due to technical, network, platform or other problems outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
There is one prize package and one winner.
The winner will receive a prize package for up to two people consisting of:
The prize is subject to the individual operators’ availability and applicable booking terms and restrictions. The prize winner will be responsible for booking all elements of the prize package. All elements of the prize must be claimed by 30 April 2027.
The prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
If any element of the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that element with a reasonable equivalent of equal or greater value.
Unless expressly stated above, any costs associated with accepting or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Following the closing date, one winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries.
The winner will be selected using a verifiably random process or, where applicable, under the supervision of an independent person.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify that the selected entry meets all eligibility and entry requirements before confirming the winner.
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the official entry form.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within five working days of the Promoter’s initial notification.
If the selected winner does not respond within five working days, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, is found to be ineligible or has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may withdraw the prize from that entrant and select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid eligible entries.
The Promoter will provide the winner with information regarding booking and redemption of the prize following confirmation of their win.
The prize will be provided to the winner within 30 days of the closing date.
To demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, the Promoter will make available information indicating that the prize has been awarded. This will ordinarily consist of the winner’s surname and county.
Entrants may object to their information being published or made available or may request that the amount of information published or made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter at [email protected]
Where an entrant objects or requests that information be reduced, the Promoter may nevertheless provide the winner’s information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
Personal information supplied by entrants will be used for the administration of the Prize Draw and otherwise processed in accordance with the Promoter’s applicable privacy policy and UK data protection law.
Personal information will not be provided to third parties except where necessary for the administration or fulfilment of the Prize Draw, where the entrant has consented, or where the Promoter is otherwise permitted or required to do so by law. By entering, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may share or repost their Prize Draw entry on Oxford Tube and/or Stagecoach social media channels, where applicable.
Any additional use of the winner’s name, image or other personal information for promotional purposes will be subject to applicable data protection requirements and, where required, the winner’s consent.
This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility for the administration of the Prize Draw or the provision of the prize.
The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration and outcome of the Prize Draw is final, subject to applicable law and regulation.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, attempted to manipulate the entry process or otherwise acted fraudulently or unfairly.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw the Prize Draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be made only where reasonably necessary and, where practicable, in a manner that does not unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already participated.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The Promoter is not responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where that failure or delay results from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Fever and Secret London are not involved in managing the giveaway and is held harmless/exempt from any liability arising from it.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
By entering the Prize Draw, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions and the Prize Draw are governed by applicable UK law.
